SUB-VERTICAL 01 SEO Blog Posts & Long-Form Articles
Most land between 1,200 and 2,500 words. Length follows what the topic needs to answer the question properly — we don’t pad to hit a number.
Either. Most clients let us choose from search demand and competitor gaps; some come with a list. Both work.
Two rounds. In practice most pieces need one, because you approve the outline before the draft is written.
Yes. Send two or three pieces you think sound right and we’ll work from those. Tone is easier to match from examples than from adjectives.
For research and first-pass structure, yes. Never for finished copy, and never unreviewed. A human writes and a second human edits.
It depends on length and research depth. You’ll get a specific date before you commit, not after.
SUB-VERTICAL 02 GEO/AEO Content & Optimisation
SEO gets you ranked in Google’s blue links. AEO and GEO are about being the answer an AI gives. Most of the industry uses the terms interchangeably and the work is the same — we treat all three as one job.
No, and be sceptical of anyone who says they can. What we can do is meet the conditions citation depends on: structure, specificity, sourcing and freshness.
No, though there’s overlap. Traditional SEO optimises for a ranked list of links. This optimises for a clean answer a machine can lift out of your page and credit to you.
Usually fix first. Existing pages carry traffic history and authority, so restructuring them tends to pay back faster than starting from zero.
Often better than for a big one. AI answers pull from whichever page answers the question best, not whichever domain is biggest.
You’ll need a monitoring tool or a GEO specialist for proper tracking — we don’t sell that. The rough manual check is to ask the assistants your buyers use the questions your buyers ask, and see who gets named.
SUB-VERTICAL 03 E-commerce Product & Category Copy
Large catalogues are fine — we work in batches. We’ll be direct about the point where volume starts costing quality rather than quietly letting it slip.
CSV for bulk import is most common. Google Sheets, Word or your platform’s native format all work too.
Yes, including Amazon’s character limits and formatting rules. Tell us the marketplace up front, since requirements differ.
Yes. Send us examples of pages you’re happy with and the sample batch will follow that structure.
Then we can’t write accurate copy, and inventing specifications is a liability for you. Send supplier documentation, spec sheets or samples — whatever exists.
Yes, and they’re often the higher-value work. A category page with real buying guidance can rank for broad terms individual products never will.
SUB-VERTICAL 04 Landing Page & Conversion Copy
Possibly — and we won’t put a number on it. Conversion depends on your offer, your traffic quality and your price as much as your copy. Anyone quoting you a percentage before seeing your page is making it up. We’ll tell you honestly if we think copy isn’t your bottleneck.
No. We deliver structured copy your designer or developer builds from. We’ll flag where a section needs a visual to work.
A primary plus alternatives to test. Testing beats opinion, including ours.
Yes, and it helps. An existing page plus its analytics tells us what’s already failing, which is more useful than starting blind.
Both. Length follows what the decision requires — a small signup and a six-figure enterprise deal need very different pages.
The offer, who it’s for, where the traffic comes from, and access to whatever customer feedback you have — sales calls, reviews, support tickets. The objections are already in there.
SUB-VERTICAL 05 Brand & Product Narrative Copy
Landing page copy sells one thing to one audience on one page. This is the foundation layer — what you say about yourself everywhere. Most clients need this settled before the landing pages are worth writing.
That’s common, and this process tends to surface it. We’ll write what we think is the strongest position and tell you plainly where we saw disagreement — but the decision is yours, not ours.
AI assistants build an understanding of your company from how you describe yourself. Vague or metaphor-heavy positioning gives them nothing to work with. A clear, plain definition is both better for buyers and more extractable.
Longer than a blog post, because the positioning draft and the approval step take real calendar time. You’ll get a specific timeline before committing.
Yes. Some teams want the positioning settled and prefer to write their own pages from it.
